A conversation with actor and playwright Harlan Baker about labor history and his one-man play "Jimmy Higgins: A Life in the Labor Movement", ending with with a reading by Harlan, of an excerpt from a speech by Eugene Debs. Debs, Socialist leader and presidential candidate, gave this speech to the court, during his 1918 free-speech trial under the infamous 1917 Espionage Act.
